Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking and hold your appointment time. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

Deposit credited to your service

Your deposit is credited toward your first visit or plan.

If you are not a candidate

If the physician determines treatment isn’t right for you, your deposit is refunded in full within 7 business days.

Cancellations and changes

To cancel, reschedule, or change your service, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment, your deposit is refunded in full within 7 business days.

Deposit becomes non-refundable at 12 hours

Starting 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit, which we keep as compensation for the reserved time.

Changes within 12 hours

We will do our best to accommodate changes requested within 12 hours of your appointment, but we may not be able to, and they may result in forfeiting the deposit.

Your appointment

Your appointment is the date, time, and location you booked. Please be available at the location at the scheduled time.

Exceptions

In extenuating circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency or an unavoidable travel disruption, we may waive the forfeit at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
